He noted me that some other dA user used one of my brushes within a brushpack she uploaded without asking permission. I reported her by hitting the report deviation button and I received from a staff member the following Note:
Additionally, the following comment was provided:
Due to complexities involved with this submission, please file a DMCA takedown notice with us by emailing us at violations@deviantart.com. If you are not familiar with how to file this, we will be able to assist you through the filing process once you have come into email contact with us.

Because I live in the Netherlands I needed to know what the hell a DMCA takedown notice is. Yay for Google! So I've used a template and  officially reported the dA user by mailing the following DMCA note:

Hello dA Staff,

Pursuant to 17 USC 512(c)(3)(A), this communication serves as a statement that:

    I am the exclusive rights holder  of  [link]
      all designed by yours truly
    These exclusive rights are being violated by material available upon your site at the following URL(s): [link]
    . she used it without asking permission!
    I have a good faith belief that the use of this material in such a fashion is not authorized by the copyright holder and that's me!
    Under penalty of perjury in a United States court of law, I state that the information contained in this notification is accurate, and that I am authorized to act on the behalf of the exclusive rights holder for the material in question namely me!

*I do understand that I need to make it an officially thingie of it {because of prevending that  dA might get a law suit and such} still it's kind a sad that I need to do all the troubling to report a user who used my stuff without asking permission.
